The Electronic Currency Equities Exchange (ECEX) is a member of the Global Digital Currencies Association, an industry organisation which provides dispute resolution services.

Disputes arising from your use of the ECEX site, including disputes with ECEX and exchange-specific disputes with other ECEX members, will be referred to the GDCA for resolution.

Filing fees will be paid up-front by ECEX, with reclamation of said fee in the event that the GDCA makes a ruling against the member.

Other expenses associated with any dispute resolution process, such as may occur, are the responsibility of the party incurring such expenses, unless ruled otherwise by the GDCA.
